Eligibility
Any article purchased online, can be exchanged in exceptional cases within 10 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase.
Please note that articles purchased online in sale or at discounted price will not be eligible for any exchange.
Proof of Purchase
For any article exchange there should be a proof. Either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

Kindly note that shipping charges will be applied.
RETURN POLICY
Abira Collection does not offer any refund policy. We return the order only in the case of:
- Return requests must be made within 10 days of your order
- The item(s) must be unused and have all tags intact
- Please provide proof of your order, such as an order invoice or order confirmation email
- Returns are accepted only if incorrect or damaged items were delivered.
- We offer an exchange only if the size issue is from our end. If the item delivered matches the size selected at the time of order, we do not accept exchanges.
- In case you receive a damaged item that is no longer in stock, we will dispatch another article of the same value. If you prefer a different dress, you will need to pay the additional amount based on its price.
- For any exchange, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
